Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

SAIDA — a registered trade name (DBA) of The Art of Marketing LLC — ("we", "us", "our") provides facility maintenance coordination and automation services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to saida.us and to the services we operate for our clients.

Mobile information and SMS messaging

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for their own marketing.

Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent in response to activity you initiate: facility-maintenance coordination (typically 1–10 messages per job, and no more than approximately 30 messages per month for an active property contact) or appointment scheduling with a practice served by our phone assistant (typically 1–3 messages per booked appointment).

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at tom@saida.us or (610) 246-7969.

We use text messaging to carry out maintenance work on behalf of our clients. Specifically, we may send:

These are operational, transactional messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages from our service numbers.

How we obtain consent (our opt-in flow)

Consent to receive text messages is NOT a condition of purchasing any product or service, of becoming a client, or of joining our vendor network. Anyone who prefers email or phone is served exactly the same way.

Opt-in works one of two ways, depending on the program — and nothing else:

Facility maintenance: you text us first. Recipients join by sending a text message to our published business number:

  1. A member of property staff or a maintenance contact texts our business number to report a maintenance problem at their building — for example, "the AC in the dining room is out." Sending us that message is the opt-in.
  2. Our first reply confirms we received the request and includes the exact words "Reply STOP to opt out."
  3. We then reply only about that specific maintenance job, until it is resolved or the person replies STOP.

Subcontractors we have already engaged text us the same way about jobs they have accepted, and receive replies only about those jobs.

Appointment confirmations: you agree out loud, on a call you placed. When a caller books an appointment by phone with a practice served by our assistant, the assistant asks: "Can we use the number you're calling from for confirmations?" A verbal yes on that call is the opt-in; declining changes nothing about the appointment. The first text includes "Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." See saida.us/forms for the full program disclosure.

We never add anyone to messaging who has not either texted us first (facility maintenance) or verbally agreed to texts on a call they placed (appointment confirmations). We do not purchase, rent, import, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from any third party or list, we do not use web forms or paper forms to collect consent to text, and we do not message anyone outside an active maintenance request they themselves reported or an appointment they themselves booked.

Again: mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention and security

We retain maintenance and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect information.
