These terms govern your use of saida.us and the facility maintenance coordination services provided by SAIDA, a registered trade name (DBA) of The Art of Marketing LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or services, or by exchanging text messages with us, you agree to these terms.
Facility maintenance program. SAIDA sends operational text messages related to facility maintenance: request confirmations, clarifying questions, scheduling and job status updates, technician dispatch and completion requests, and approval requests. We do not send marketing or promotional messages from our service numbers.
Appointment confirmation program. For orthodontic and dental practices served by SAIDA's phone assistant: when a caller books an appointment by phone and verbally agrees to receive texts, SAIDA sends that caller their appointment confirmation, new-patient form information, and directions to the practice — typically 1–3 messages per booked appointment. Opt-in is verbal, on a call the patient initiates; the full program disclosure is at saida.us/forms. We do not send marketing or promotional messages from our service numbers.
Message frequency varies by program — facility maintenance: typically 1–10 messages per job, and no more than approximately 30 messages per month for an active property contact; appointment confirmations: typically 1–3 messages per booked appointment.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP or contact tom@saida.us / (610) 246-7969.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Each program has exactly one opt-in method — and nothing else.
Facility maintenance: texting us first is the only opt-in. You join by sending a text message to our published business number to report a maintenance problem. Sending us that message is the opt-in. Our first reply confirms the request and includes "Reply STOP to opt out," and we then reply only about that specific job. Subcontractors we have already engaged text us the same way about jobs they have accepted.
Appointment confirmations: a verbal yes, on a call you placed, is the only opt-in. When a caller books an appointment by phone with a practice served by SAIDA's assistant, the assistant asks: "Can we use the number you're calling from for confirmations?" Saying yes on that call is the opt-in, and it is recorded with the call log. If the caller declines, no text is ever sent and the appointment is confirmed by phone instead. The first text includes "Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Full program disclosure: saida.us/forms.
Consent to receive text messages is NOT a condition of purchasing any product or service, of becoming a client, of joining our vendor network, or of booking an appointment or receiving care. Anyone who prefers email or phone is served exactly the same way. We never message anyone who has not either texted us first (facility maintenance) or verbally agreed on a call they placed (appointment confirmations), and we do not collect consent to text through web forms, paper forms, or any third-party list.
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; carrier support may change.
We coordinate facility maintenance on behalf of our clients, which may include intake and triage of requests, dispatch of subcontractors, job tracking, invoicing, and reporting. Where we engage subcontractors, they are independent contractors responsible for their own licensing, insurance, and workmanship. Scope, pricing, and payment terms for any engagement are set out in the applicable service agreement or proposal, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Do not use text messaging or our website to report a life-safety emergency. For fire, gas leaks, medical emergencies, or any situation involving risk to people, call 911 and your property's emergency contact first.
Fees for services are set out in the applicable service agreement, proposal, or invoice. Invoices are payable per the terms stated on the invoice. We may pause service on materially overdue accounts.
The website, our software, workflows, templates, and materials are owned by SAIDA and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without our written permission.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Either party may end an engagement per the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use constitutes acceptance.
