SAIDA coordinates facility maintenance for property and community managers. If you are a staff member at a property SAIDA coordinates maintenance for, or a subcontractor technician working a SAIDA-dispatched job, you can text us directly about that work. SAIDA is a registered trade name (DBA) of The Art of Marketing LLC, the legal entity operating this messaging program.

How it works

  1. You text us first. Sending that first message is how you opt in — there is no sign-up form and no list. We only text people who text us, or subcontractors who have accepted a job with us.
  2. We confirm and clarify. Our first reply confirms your request was logged and includes “Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” We may ask a clarifying question so the right trade is dispatched.
  3. We keep you posted. You receive scheduling and completion updates about that specific job — nothing else. No marketing, promotional, or sales messages, ever.

Consent & opt-out

By texting SAIDA at (813) 544-3361, you consent to receive conversational, one-to-one text messages from SAIDA about your maintenance request or assigned job. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service — anyone who prefers phone or email receives exactly the same service.
